RETURNS

Item(s) purchased from WWW.TRUESOLDIERSHOP.COM must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we can not refund the original shipping charge with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we don’t exchange product.  If you purchased an item from WWW.TRUESOLDIERSHOP.COM and would like a different colour, size or style, a new order will need to be placed.  A refund will then be issued for the original item(s) within 1-2 business days of receipt.

SALE ITEMS

Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund.  If we receive a returned sale or discounted item, we will either refuse the delivery or return it at the customers expense.  No refund will be issued.
